hello guys,
how many of you that applied for a GC based on vawa got approved for green card with out an interview? even with a negative immigration past like misrepresentation etc…

most get GC approved without interview but based on recent info, they are scheduling interviews more often. If you’re concerned about an interview, you can pay a lawyer to come with you

I never had any negative immigration in the past …I applied for Vawa in August 2021 approved July 2024…GC approval March 2025 no interview. have had my GC for over a year now. To God be the glory 🙏🙏

i want to know the same. i sent my i485 last July but got receipts until last March. i feel i lost those 8 months. and my case started March 2026 not July 2025. but i believe God’s timing is perfect.

@kiki K on the receipts it does says Juky 2025. but i feel it barely started when i got the receipts.
