approved last week. Submitted november 13th 2023

PD October 7 2022, EB2 NIW, CRP since August 2023, till now same CRP, no change, current since January 24..

PD Oct 2022 applied 485 in Oct 2023 CRP since Nov 23 Current since Jan 24 ROW EB2 Had my EAD and AP approved just last week. Not sure if it is a good sign... keep waiting

PD is Oct 31,2022. submitted AOS on 10/9/2023. received medical RFE on 2/22/2024. response was delivered by fedex on 2/29/2024 but my case status has not been updated to show that response was received yet

pd sep 19. applied 485 march 28th 2023. crp since oct 20th 2023. ead approved las year. ap approved recently.

@mo h I think we have similar situation. My RFE response delivered on Feb 27, 2024 but status is not updated. My attorney told me that after 60 days we can submit Service Request, so hopefully this coming April 27th my Attorney will submit SR. You can also try to submit your SR on April 29th. By the way, when your I-131 and I-765 approved?

@F A yes EAD was approved on 2/23 and AP was approved on 3/6

@mo h okay. My AP approved on 3/25 but still not received because of some address issue.
