Online not showing documents.
is anyone experiencing a situation where their online account only shows cases and history but not every process that is going on with the case? not even been able to look at the documents?

VAWA doesn’t have a documents section and we can’t see the process. our case only gets updated when your case was received, something is approved, your biometrics is applied, your address was changed and I think RFE. nothing else. it’s basically ghost town until approval hun. it’s to ‘protect’ you.
