online case status disappear
hello there any one has trouble online case like me2 days ago I checked my case status "procceing time" say your case is taking longer than normal but now it's not showing up .i130 what happened

mine too it’s not letting me check 1485, it says the receipt number entered is invalid while I know it’s the correct one

A bit of advice....never check your account on the weekend! Upgrades are done on the weekend and things so missing them we drive ourselves crazy. Check it again tomorrow.
