online access code- online account
I filled paper application and did not receive the online access code.
Has tried all I could to send a request to uscis for online access code but keep getting automated email reply.
Has anyone dealt with this before?

@AB E but not exactly like yours.i sent them a request, request for my online access code and they sent it to me after 30days

@AB E I had the same situation. I called Uscis to inform them that I haven’t received an online access code and the agent made a report and I got sent one in my email a month later

what exactly do you say when you call them? so that they don't hang you to automated response or Emma

took about 5 months after filling to get in mail

@AB E I kept saying on the phone I need to talk to a live representative over and over again until I got a hold of an agent. it’s best to call early in the morning so there’s a short wait time
