@A G received biometric request for my son today. When we applied he was 12. But this notice came from the NBC not from Brooklyn Field office where we sent our medicals in December 2023. I was expecting medical received response from FO but nothing of that I received till now.

@S SS Same with me.. none of us have status updated to RFE Response Received… but its not something to be worried about

@A G So can we assume that our medicals were received by them and so my son got this biometric request or biometric has no relationship with medicals ?

@S SS we have no other option but to assume.. lol.. no relationship between biometric and medical though

@A G Make sense. I guess biometric is triggered after the age reaches 14 so it would have come anyway if someone is waiting for AOS. So it has nothing to do with medicals.

@A G Today they approved my I-485 case. Yesterday they sent biometric for my dependent and today they approved my case so I am inclined to believe that post medical processing only they tried to approve all our cases but since his biometric have to be retaken they sent the biometric for him and approval in my case.
