I would advise that you use it like that and manage it for the time being until when everything gets back to Normal because if you send it back it can take months to years to get it back with the way things are going and also the pause (bans) on certain countries. just my 2cents.

@Kay Action 🤺🤺🤺my lawyer say i have to its uscis fault set a type pographic error I have to if I don't it's gonna cause more problems for me down the line plus no job, dmv, etc I can't do nothing with a misspelled name. note: when my lawyer email it to me I copy the front&back of my ead get it notarize. God forbid I get caught up in and off the shenanigans , I have that to show. but all I have to do is wait. plus I already of to wait 44month.

They made a mistake on my country of birth. I had to use it to get a job and renew my driver license first before sending it back.

@God First I wish that was what the mistake they made on mine but it's my surname and you know how these people are when it come on the job dmv lease etc the the name not correct they do not want to do anything for

mine wasn't even misspelt, they repeated my first name as my second and chose a wrong country of birth. I used it like that to get a job. And will continue using it til it expires. if I were you in this administration, I'd not return it. but whatever rocks your boat hun

don’t send it back, use it like that and correct it when you renew

@Lion King why yall telling me not the sender it back???? that's my last name that is mess up how am I going to get other documents like a ssn card, bank account drivers license and go to school with the wrong spelling of my name come on now!!!!.. look this wait is already stressful and I haven't reach quarter way as yet might as well I send it back let them fix it.... plus all my notice have that wrong spelling so that mean if they don't fix the problem from early im going to have issue down the line. that the way how I see it.

they will fixe it it will take 120 days I got the same situation .

if all your notice have wrong spelling, then you should check your forms to see if the error is from you because if it is, you will have to send in a fresh application.
