Officer has reviewed your case
Hi all,
I asked an Emma live agent for an update on my case, and I was told that an officer reviewed my case on February 4.
My i485 was filed on November 8, while my i140 was approved on December 11. ROW. EB1C
I was also told by the same agent that my case has not been transferred to a field office.
Never received any RFE and no update since the day of review.
What does that response mean, and what happens next?

I submitted my case normal on 23 feb 2024 and still waiting for I-140
I asked live agent and they told me your case is reviewing and we don’t need any ref from you even now

@Moe Attia Yes i did premium processing and they approved it in 42 days… 3 days more i could have asked the refund

@Moe Attia category is your i-140 ? i submitted mine normal processing feb 27,2024 and still waiting as well.

@L N are you received any ref? i get ref on may 2024 and sent it on 1 August 2024
today I spoke with my lawyer and he told me after two years we can file a writ of mandamus, it’s Very frustrating
