For Employment-Based Preference Filings:
For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for October 2024.
what’s the meaning ? so we can use table B for adjustments of status right ?

It means people who has their PD before the date on table B can apply for AOS. Table A is always used for green card eligibility.
