for IR-1 normal wait time is 90 days but for some Embassies it takes longer because they have long backlog. The only way to find out is to contact the consulate who’s going to conduct the interview. in your case it’s embassy in Albania. Second option is to try contacting NVC but I am afraid they will not have any information.
