@curtis nelson , is your step daughter outside the USA 🇺🇸. After the welcome letter, what next please?
My step daughter is outside the USA and I filed for her, that’s why I’m asking.

yes, she i outside the US. USCIS sends approval to NVC. NVC will send you welcome letter with case number and invoice number. The welcome letter take 2 weeks. Follow instr. on welcome letter. pay fees, upload docs and wait for nvc to DQ and sch interview
