just reah it somwhere that we should try call USCIS and ask if they have forwarded the application to NVC yet or not.

also try check your email spam folder too, sometimes it goes there.

R K. I did just that, called the USCIS to ask if my approved I-129f petition was forward to the NVC. The kind lady told me it's been sent to the NVC and she congratulated me

got thru quite easy. just said info pass when they asked in automated message what I'm calling about and like 5 minutes later I had someone on the phone

turned out i had to send form i-824 to uscis which is basically to ask them to send my petition to NVC

k1 Visa all go through the California center

What are your service centers? I’m Texas and it seems to be pretty backlogged in sending cases to NVC
