NVC welcome letter & I-130
Hi all, How long do I need to wait for NVC welcome letter after the I-130 approval?

After approval, 2days later, I got another update from uscis that my case has bee sent to dept of state. The next day, i received my welcome letter from NVC in my email with my case nos.
So you have less than a week to hear from NVC (all things being equal) Congratulations 👏

Oops sorry, I have submitted on Jan 21 and got approval on Sept 15th. Now I am waiting in NVC for document approval.

waqar k, in my situation, I have 2 cases. the first case got approval the next day it started actively being reviewed while the other case got approval same day it was actively being reviewed. so it depends on who ever is handling your case. you can wait at least 3 days for them to complete the review process.

my I-130 was approved October 26th 2021 received welcome letter from NVC October 29th pay fees to NVC November 1st
