NVC TIMEFRAME
Anyone finding the new nvc timeframe confusing? it went from 4th may last week to 30th this week.

This is good news. If you count the days between May 30 and today, that's 57 days. Plus 12 days to open your case after USCIS approval. That's ~69 days until DQ. For the last several months it's been around 90 days until DQ.

That's 12 days according to today's Processing Times. So those 12 days plus the 57 days until review.

anyone that submitted documents or RFE between May 4th to May 30th should be up for reviewing now unless otherwise

same with my case documents were submitted on May 18th haven't heard back. put in an inquiry since it shows they are processing may 30th submissions

I submitted RFE in May 2022 to nvc and I got and email from them yesterday asking me to upload the 1-864 blank form with just my hand written signature on it so it took them 2 months just to review what they asked me for in May. Ridiculous indeed
