NVC Status update
hello, I went to the NVC to check my husband's status and I saw this message:
A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed.
I am so depressed, I feel like he will never come home to our daughter. 😭😭😢😢😭

it's just for administrative processing don't warry it's normal it takes some time then change into approved

Mandy, we never got told to file i212. it's because they think he had two wives when I started to sponsor him.

Hi Angela we're on the same boat. Mine was refused too and was given 221g. We submitted more documents on the 11th & now a waiting game.

same with me! I have fiance visa case! we got interview on May 31st, 2023! its going under AP and its been five months almost, that the process is not completed yet! its very frustrating
