hey guys! i am having such a hard time wrapping my head around this. after all the waiting in uscis and having uscis approve my expedite request, the embassy has not approved my expedited appointment and now i am stuck waiting 6-8 months for my husbands appointment. this is so heartbreaking and frustrating when i am facing the medical issues i am facing and when some embassies only take a few weeks to a month! my embassy in sto domingo is taking 6-8 months this is horrible 💔😭 and i am feeling very defeated right now

can’t you contact the embassy and explain you can’t afford waiting any longer with your health problems ?

same situation but the wait time in Abu Dhabi embassy is between 12-15 months. nothin we can do but wait 🤷🏻♂️

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get your case processed within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
