NVC STAGE - I 864
Hello!
My husband is my petitioner, he’s Self Employed and he’s the sole owner of a company, he has the 1040’s of the last three years, but sadly the 2022 1040 falls short into the poverty guidelines for our household.
Now my question is, can he use the 1099 or his 1120 of his company instead of the 1040 to fill in the I864 and to add those documents and discard the 1040?

@Belen MB if he has Assets he can use Asset to back it up . or he should file for 2023 1040

he should fill out the adjusted income from his taxes- so ehatever is actually on his tax return

@Belen MB from what I know NVC dosnt accept business taxes. they only accept anything that would be on his personal taxes
