As i see it takes a week to get DQ

if you submitted everything correctly it shouldn’t take longer than a week..

@Mr MCC not yet i only paid fees, submitted DS-260 and affidavit of support but im still waiting for my police certificate to submit my civil documents, what about you ?

it depends the embassy. personally for me from receiving the NVC welcome letter to waiting for the interview, it took me all together, 2 weeks.. but now waiting over 2 months for interview 😅

@Bee Amri my lawyer told me that they stopped requiring the police certificate since they’re not reliable in many countries. but I still had my husband do it just in case they ask him for it in the internetrciee

@Fatima A don't mind your lawyer he is getting it all wrong. police character certificate is mandatory. with out it your application can't be submitted

@Fatima A yeah but in some countries, in mine it's reliable so i have to submit it and bring it with me to the interview, it's taking too long 20 days of waiting and nothing yet 😫

@Mr MCC when was your I-130 approved? and when did you file? I remember you from the comment section 🙏

@Fatima A yes that's the DQ. it means that all your documents are documentarily qualified(DQ)

@Mr MCC my home country dosnt have a US embassy due to the war. So the interview will take place in djibouti.
