NVC processing time
hello
my 1-30 case has been approved awaiting to be transferred to embassy overseas for the last 3-4 months. does anyone knows how long that will take before my spouse can get an interview. I’m tired of the waiting. I need my husband

Lagos Nigeria. yes I’m a us citizen. priority date may 29 2020

service center is Potomac. but case is at NVC at this time awaiting interview date at Lagos

My husband’s case is at NVC too, documentarily qualified Dec 2021, waiting for interview at Lagos Nigeria, I keep calling NVC, and Lagos embassy is still closed for immigrant visa because of staff shortages. The wait is frustrating but what can we do??

my i130 was approved June and all set for interview after submitting documents oct 2021. I’m tired of waiting

My I130 was approved May 2021, had to resubmit some docs, finally became DQ Dec 2021. @ Jen it will be good to connect, Am in Texas

Nekky are they giving any updates as to when they think they will resume interviews in Lagos? I am at NVC as well and my husband will have his interview in Lagos.

@ Lee Moore, no updates at all on when Lagos embassy will resume for immigrant visas, but some people on this group on Facebook said they are getting invitation letters for immigrant visas in Lagos and they were DQ in Dec 2020. It’s just a waiting game I guess
