Erwin if your fiancé is from Nepal and your case is in NVC mine took 20 days from uscis to Nepal embassy it depends on embassy and consulate..

IR1-CR1- Immigrant Visa for my husband .. we got documantrely accepted yesterday and they say that the will schedule appointment for interview so I was wondering how long will it take.

hai MD when did you submit the documents to NVC?

when I turn in first — it was December 19th. they told me to re-submit handwritten signature and W2 for 2020 which I summited on March 17th.

MD: are us citizens?? how long it took you to get approved from uscis and which services center??

Yes I am citizen.. it took me 8months (First Nebraska and they transfer to Vermont service center) .. part of my documents got approved on March but because I didn’t do handwritten signature I had to re-submit few documents. it took almost 3 months to get approve documentary.

yes.. they will accept it, that’s what happen to me, second choti pani one mistake vako theio ani next day matra taha vayo, so hatar hatar garera upload gareko they accept it. W2 chai 2020 ko Matra magyo but mailey 3 years ko Tax-transcripts upload gareko theia.

Menuka ji- Mero pani joint sponsor Mero bhai le gareko theio Mero husband ko lagi. if you have more then 1 joint sponsor whose job is stable then it’s gonna be more better since your work history is in and off. Tapai chai primary sponsor huncha so jati cha teti submit garnu parcha hola. ani 2 joint sponsor vayo vani Tapai ko financial sponsor strong huncha. or if your dads financial status is great then one might be enough.

citizens gets Priority then green card holders but she have interviews in August not in 2 weeks and that so long

embassy in Nepal doesn’t have lots of backlog that’s why

it’s take 5 working days to get passport with visa on it .. I know this coz my sister in law got her interviews on Monday and she got message saying passport is ready for pick up on Friday
