hi I just made it to the NVC stage, but did you check on the website where they tell you to click on the link they have that talks about the specific country and then it will tell you specifically what is needed or required on the documents from your birth certificate to your police record check? also look at FAQ, the NVC says that the police record check is one of the biggest issues... also look at the (helpful hints) that addresses the police record on the site to see if you can determine the problem. 🤷sorry just trying to help, I just can't understand why they try to make it so hard they don't just tell you exactly what the problem is I'll never understand it! They want to make it hard to immigrate! sorry about your trouble!
