Alma it’s me, Alma can i give this reason the payment issue for expedition? what reason you gave to expedite

@Alma same issue with me . are you doing Aos in the usa (I'm doing Aos in the usa) question why do we need to pay any fee to nvc.

my reasons were financial..health and safety..but honostly I didn’t have major issues..I’m just fortunate that the embassy in Sarajevo is more willing to accept the expedite requests..you can list the payment issue only to raise awareness about this issue..

I meant to say I didn’t have a life or death reason..they usually ask for that in order to expedite case

@Aneta..yes..I’m doing AOS in the USA..well I believe these are processing fees..

if you are doing AOS aka Adjustment of Status then your case should be with USCIS and not NVC. Here AOS is affidavit of support

hi Aneta!! Everyone has to pay fees at NVC. This has been from years!! Even we paid when we also came to usa. $ 125 for petitioner and $ 325 for each applicant

Alma I saw lot of people on facebook nvc and uscis group having same problem, don’t know what they will do, they are just pushing backlog and are unable to see our payment glitch I don’t know why, they said to you they sent it to technical team one week before but still nothing done, pls give us a promise it’s a request whenever the technical team is done with your issue and payment proceeds please let us know pls pls pls it will give us a hope, and anybody like in previous asked question by joban preet a lot of people were having this issue but they seem to be disapeer, they should reply back again if they had went through conclusion or got there problem solved they should atleast let us know pls 🙏🙏🙏😭😭

@ kp i understand what you're saying but in my case i don't have to because I'm already in the usa doing Aos I'm waiting on the green card interview.. I think who ever did my i130 made a mistake as to if I was outside the usa ..which I'm not

@ kp that's y I was asking if she is already in the usa but I realize she id not after so I was trying to find out if she was in the usa and having these issue with nvc

you need to request nvc that you want to do Adjustment of status and then they will send your case to uscis back

I am in the USA..but we are talking about a different issue here..we are USC petitioners....

Can I apply for my wife visit visa during this payment issue?

they would not issue a tourist visa at this point..

Alma!! what's the first email you got from nvc after requesting expedite!! they sent your request to embassy or they will send to embassy

I received an automatic reply from NVC that they have received my request right after I sent the email. Two days later, I received another email from them saying that Embassy has accepted my request to expedite and they will send this file immediately to the Embassy..

Alma any good news after they sent the issue to technical team? whenever something happen or payment goes through pls let us know, so we will have hope too

Anyone here can you guys confirm one thing please, NVCresearch@state.gov is this email exist is this an genunine email ? please confirm… can I send my payment glitch issue to this email….. is this a genunine email adress or fake ? somebody recommend me to send email here, but i am afraid because this email is not written on travel.state.gov website and not mention anywhere on nvc website nor the ceac, please confirm thanks.

no problem..it is so very frustrating making it this far and then being hung up like this for no reason..I hope this will get resolved soon so we can all move on with our lives..just need to have patience

i have a problem can somebody help me, I have mistakenly putted last name inside the given name for joint sponsor, for eg if the person last name was tate and his given name was shawn, I mistakenly putted last name shawn and in given name i putted shawn tate now name coming is tate, shawn tate, what should I do and can anybody who have monthly acess can post this question online so some body can answer pls pls 🙏🙏

I had my AOS fees paid on Aug 25 and all the documents submitted by October 6th. But when I logged in today the AOS fees shows PAY NOW option. But when I go to the Receipts sections, it shows both the fees are paid. But still I tried to pay and it shows the error message and does not let me to pay. It is so frustrating. Any idea what is going on????

if you paid your fees and the money got taken out of your account..the status shows paid..you submitted documents..then you should be good..
