i submitted on 5th March,2023 and I got documentarily qualified yesterday so it’s highly likely yours will be reviewed

@kwabena Agyekum are you using the Accra consulate? if so, do you know if the rumors are true about the waiting time for IR1 interviews? I’ve been hearing crazy wait times, so just wondering what your experience has been

is you employment based direct 1-140 or follow to join ? i see its eb1. i think you filed on paper rather than online. if so my package got delevered on march 6 still waiting …. also after dq the wait for eb is seems like alot in nepal :(

@Bad Boy my package got delivered on march 8. let me know if you get dq. This is my 2nd time sending documents. it’s been more than 4 months and still not dq.

@Bad Boy After sending documents and completing the DS-260 form for two months, they claimed to have received the documents but not the form, however I sent the confirmation number of the form in a public enquiry. I sent the civil documents again after receiving the same generic response from them claiming that the files were missing. I have no idea what the issue is. The immigration attorney advises us to wait, but waiting for more than four months to receive a DQ is a long time.
