it depends on the type of visa you need for the applicant and if it’s available on the visa bulletin, I filed for my husband and received the welcome letter two days after.

Ammy Olvera we filed 130 spausal visa and got approved our case has bn sent to nvc and ideally nvc would have to contact us in abt 3 days with a welcome letter via email but up until now we've not had any email yet

did USCIS sent an update that they send it to NVC ? if not you have to wait on them first. then NVC will email you day after you receive USCIS updates

yeah i received the welcome notice from NVC after 3 days, hopefully you receive it soon I believe you can also call them for more information

@kristelle A yes uscis sent me an update that the case has been sent to NVC on March 2nd

huumm That’s strange. did you check the emails that you put in your application ? if their correct then I think you will have to wait the 45 days that they said before contacting them.
