NVC Documents Question - Help
Hi
Hope someone can shed some light on this. So today after a week I get an email from NVC. I logged in and everything is ACCEPTED status but I have a message (Case FE Review Note) asking to provide my divorce decree from my first marriage from 22 years ago which I did provide for USCIS but somehow forgot to upload it on the NVC. I went ahead and uploaded it.
So my question what is the delay now to get a DQ from NVC or hear back from them, is it few days or weeks. Just trying to have an idea on timeline
Also, how do I know if my wife is DQ

what date did you submit your documents. I’m trying to anticipate when to get get back. submitted all documents on 30th

@R B. My first submission was 11/15/23 and it took 9days for all documents accepted. NVC asked for my divorced papers and resubmitted on 11/26/23 and got 12/04/23

@Joyoveranxiety No sorrow I submitted on Nov 28 and today Dec 6 they sent me an email to submit my first divorce decree. So 1 week I guess

@Easy I thanks for sharing so about a week to hear something back. So you got DQ Dec 4, how do you know you get an email or what does it show when you login

@R B would you mind letting me know how long is it taking to get DQ after submitting the documents they requested in your experience? cause I'm on the same boat I was supposed to be DQ on March 27 but they sent rfe regarding w2 and my husband uploaded his W2 right after this email so it's been 5days we didn't hear back from them.
