NVC documentarily qualified i 130 (wife) F2A
hello guys, how are you? my wife's documents have been approved by NVC in January. I have a question if she will be granted an interview since she is now 3 months pregnant. also is there any restrictions in granting a visa to my wife if the consular realize she is let say 8 months pregnant. also if she is granted a visa will the airline allows her to travel to the US if she is around 8 months. thanks guys.

i dont know how nvc works this is just my 2 cents but she should be able to travel at 8 months

that will be good, she isn't schedule for an interview yet. I hope she could have her interview within her 6moths of pregnancy

what country is her US embassy in? that will determine how long it takes for the interview to be scheduled. best of luck!

my advice is for her to contact the US embassy there, and ask them how long they usually take to schedule an interview after they receive the info from NVC

am not sure exactly but it could be around 6 to 8 months from the time of DQ to be granted an interview

I would suggest you to Expedite your visa case and tell the reason that your wife is pregnant.

Vanessa aslam... I did an expedite base on her pregnancy but NVC denied the expedite.

I'm so sorry, The attorney and congressional office tired to Expedite my immigration visa case but I got denied two times without a reason. but, thank God I received my interview date 😇

but to be honest, your wife might get interview date when her pritory date is current.

I have interview in Islamabad Embassy Pakistan. My documents were DQ in 4 December 2020.
