nvc cases Pakistan
so what is going on with nvc picking and choosing who to expedite? are we a roulette game to them seriously?
I’ve seen cases get expedited for the smallest reasons such as someone having too much of a work load and separation anxiety from their spouse and they got approved..
other cases where the petitioner or beneficiary have health issues, depression and small babies, along with documented proof of illness, still getting denied.. pls tell me how this system works
also I saw today that some cases are automatically getting expedited.. like excuse me
Ir1 cases are going on 2-3 plus years since we applied can the nvc actually get going with our cases.
this is really impacting our marriage/mental health/home life
I’ve even sadly heard of couples divorcing between this time because of the circumstances.. it’s like nvc literally doesn’t care that familes are suffering.

no one knows how it works...
only thing I've seen move relatively faster is IR1 filed within US.

@H A ours is an IR1 case filed within the us and it’s not fast rn tbh. I’ve applied since March 2021 and he’s been DQ since Aug 2022. the fact that it’s going to be 3 yrs soon for an ir1 case is insane.

aysha why don’t u transfer your case to Abu Dhabi? they are on November 2022, you’ll get your letter with 3 weeks to a month.

your husband can go on a work visa or buy an azad visa from Pakistan and transfer to Abu Dhabi.

well it seems like they have reached January 2022 DQ interviews, so praying for faster speed. hopefully just the last few months left of waiting
