first submission on August 10th. review and FE, October 12th. second submission October 15th and still waiting. the difference with you is that I had already submitted my 1099 forms and they approved them but still asked for more inexistent ones. so I resubmitted the same thing explaining that there’s nothing else to submit.

they did ask same think . I did submitted on 2nd September
