Our lawyer it’s charging us $500 for total services help!

i find that alot cheaper than the one i found she’s chargin us $1,000 this is apart from all the fees.

you would be better off doing it yourself unless you have some really difficult issues, but if it’s simple and straightforward I don’t believe you need a lawyer

@V F everything so far has been about 18 months. USCIS took the longest at 15.5 months. everything else has been quick

@V F so I only submitted my 2023 tax transcript. I needed a sponsor so I submitted all 3 previous years for them, 23, 22, & 21. if you submit them after April 15 (which is when the tax season closes) you will need to submit 24, 23, & 22. it depends on your income and dependents whether you will need a joint sponsor

@p m a week. but im a us citizen. so i think it’s different when you get into other categories

@V F it was sent to NVC Jan 5. I submitted documents on Jan 12. I got DQ Jan 22. And we got our interview letter on Feb 18. it depends on the embassy in your country on how long it will take to get an interview

🙏🏼 @T 🇺🇸 N 🇯🇲 do you know if by any chance they are able to expedite due to me being in the country with my husband i leave april 6 and im pregnant and wont be able to be back for a while i was hoping to go to the interview with him but i dought i will be allowed to travel. im also a US citizen. 😩
