HELP CONFUSED 😕 I-130
I’m a bit confused on my petitioner file. All of the files were shown as approved, even got the message that says all documents have been received and approved “ Documentarily Qualified” but then a few days later it said incomplete again on a tax paper that was submitted and got approved but now says incomplete again. It does still show approved on the paper submitted. Should I submit the same paper again? Or is it an error ? Or leave it as is ? Since they sent me the message that I’m documentarily qualified.
I’m worried that NVC will see it as incomplete and won’t give us a date for the interview.

@Daajiyah We Submitted all paperwork June 8, 2021 and got the documents accepted email on August 3, 2022.It took one year and two months. But for us 4 months out of the year we had to resubmit two new papers that were incorrect and each paper took two months for the NVC to review and accept them. Would have been less if we had those 2 papers correct the first time.
I suggest to double check all paper work that is going to be submitted because it will take up more time if their incorrect and have to submit correct paperwork again.

@Areli wow,😳! thank you so much for the update. I submitted July 26. Do you recall how long it took to get the RFE? I hope they won't wait until the last minute. I see some get RFE after 2-3weeks . I was sure to check and recheck paperwork. today makes 30 days.

@Daajiyah I’m not sure on the RFE , I guess my lawyer took care of that .
