NVc / consular processing
my VAWA got approved finally after 50 months.. I’m doing consular processing and was wondering if someone has gone through this stage .. How long it takes to receive the NVC letter ? and how long until I get the interview from the embassy?

Hi Layla, I don’t know how it works if you are the one applying and getting the GC, I know that I got my GC and had to send a form I-824 to Phoenix for them to take action in the approved petition and process my son’s green card (he is abroad). try to ask chat gpt what to do next 🙏🙏🙏🙏 congratulations and good luck!!!

Hi Layla!! Same situation here! My VAWA got approved 4 years later, I applied for I 824 for consular processing in JAN 2024 and got approved DEC 2024, 2 weeks later we got the welcome letter and uploaded the documents, now waiting for interview date in BRAZIL.
