I received an NTA while my VAWA case was still pending. Now my VAWA has been approved, but because I have a pending court case, USCIS cannot proceed with my I-485 applicationāmeaning they have put it on hold. Although my lawyer previously filed a motion with the court, we haven't gotten any results, as courts no longer respond to motions (the "Trump effect"). I have to wait until my court date in 2028! This is truly frustrating and unfair. Is there anyone else going through a similar situation?

keep checking on eoir everyday and night. many lawyers saying that people who got court date in 2027 2028 2029 are rescheduling for next week or for second week. so be careful keep checking everyday and keep checking each email or paper mail you receive.

when also did u receive the NTA?
also when did your VAWAgot approved ?
