November Visa Bulletin is out
I have no idea why the filing dates were moved to April ‘23 for EB1 India in October bulletin if there isn’t any intention to move the FAD forward. Is it just so that more people can apply for AP and EAD? I don’t think the quarterly updates apply anymore for those who think it will only move in Jan bulletin.

November bulletin looks like there is no change on FAD from October bulletin at least for Employer based. any idea?

Looks like a rinse repeat of 2024-2025. around march FAD may move for 2 weeks for EB1 and that's it. All USCIS cares about net cash flow through fees and EB is a golden goose as almost all will apply for 485, 765 and 512.

@a m @V S I think someone needs to help us speak up about porting. I will reach out to my congress man.

@RW BM I understand that all of us are frustrated. I will not pin the no progression of dates just to porting. I think it is an executive decision to deliberately slowdown the process to add complexity. I am unable to comprehend the fact how 2026 visa numbers are not allocated or used up at start of the FY. Even with ROW - E1 being current and China also not moving.

Looking at the pending applications data, I believe we would see a small forward movement around January 2026.

@RW BM @V S @D DC @a m until unless we get spillovers from FB or ROW, EB1 india won't move forward. yearly quota won't help us as quota (2800) < porting (~300*12=3600).
