November 2025 filler
I am seeing ppls getting rfe or Prima faice after 6 month but I didn’t get any update. is there anyone has same month like mine?, and my lawyer did not file ead, she said you don’t need I already have my other cases and she said ead coming automatically. do you know this?

where did you find that lawyer, of course you need an EAD else you'll be working illegally and it doesn't come automatically C02 is always the best option, you get the work permit while you wait fir your VAWA to be approved, which is usually 4 to 5 years.

exactly e@errol Gooding. my lawyer filed both my i360 and i485 together and I received my EAD card months after filing in other to work

I already have 5 year work permit from other cases but I want this ead as well do I need to fill separately again that was my question?@Errol Gooding

you need an ead eventho you have another one you can have both just for safety.I didnt get a new facie this year my lawyer requested one since feb nth as yet.

sorry to hear that, I am thinking for guaranteed myself lol, we don’t know what is going on their side. I don’t know how many years gonna take this. I should be fine, but just in case, we need couple of alternatives way to be safe here. Good luck to you @miche p
