@Moh In @Have Faith @Joanna Li etc, I am just wondering why USCIS is not actively going back to finalize cases when they become current. Is this just because they forgot it and needs something to remind them? Or is due to backlog in EB2-NIW? Does this mean that EB1 would be swifter?
