Notice to Appear for Interview
Hello family,
I'm nervous and at thesame time very eager to go. I received a notice to Appear for my interview today and it's scheduled for October really less than a month from today. unexpectedly I have to prepare myself for this. I never use lawyer from the beginning and I'm sticking with the trend. Any advice would be great on this interview on what to expect and how to behave. NOV 2021 Filer here. FYI VAWA approved in January, RFE Medical was sent back and received in April. I'm here to hear what everyone thinks.

try to see all questions on your 485 .

revise your i-485 make sure everything is correct, don’t lie to them regarding overstaying your visa or working without authorization they already know, Vawa based i-485 is guaranteed as long as you don’t lie to them. Best of luck!

medical was sent to NBC. No 2nd Biometrics also I didn't get any update or notification online

@Kavita Bhagwandin same here after submitted medical I got a notice in the mail 3 weeks later for my second biometric which I did last week so I’m waiting to see what is next. At my biometric appointment they only took two fingers on my right hand the index and the middle finger along with my photo.

@Kavita Bhagwandin we just have to wait and see because I realize that the person who is going for interviews doesn’t do a second biometric.

don’t worry they only ask I 485 yes and no questions and take a picture a sign and that’s it you will be alright good luck
