Notice returned?
hey guys,
Can anyone help me out here? not sure why but the post office seemingly returned my mail to USCIS. what can I do? they said I should file an e-request and when I did they said they’ll get back to me by Oct 23. has anyone had this issue before?

Yes i have.. you can also call uscis and request that the mail be resent to you.. it would take time before they resend it though

yes, it could be wrong address. it happened to me last week, but because I was on my case, went it didn’t deliver, I went to post post office to complain and showed the tracking to them and the mail was given to me. though, it took days

It happened to me too.. I had to get my lawyer emailed them and they replied to her by email..The date would have passed if I hadn’t done that.
