yes you usually you will get two notice 1. rfe received 2. Case remains pending or anything else after they done with processing rfe. I got status update regarding 1 and 2 in interval of 10 days after sending the response to rfe.

@M A my medical exam was sent in October 22 and I received the notice in Jun 23, pd nov2020

@Utopia L how long they update to case remains pending after you send the medical ? are you eb3 unskilled? and what is your pd?

@Utopia L @mimoza KutrolIi Do they send case received in a mail or just system update? I sent rfe in June and hasn’t received anything or any notice.

@Beautiful Girl 15-20 days after responding to Medical RFE. @Mr X I don’t remember getting a paper notice saying rfe received but the case status update.
