notice intent to deny for green card application unmarried child over 21
as anyone been through this can give some advice??? so my husband petitioned for his daughter and they want him to prove a bonafide relationship…we already submitted birth certificate and is citizenship…what else they need..can they really deny his biological daughter???

Maybe he can do a DNA test and send the results with the application or seek advise from an lawyer
