it’s been 25 days since this update I called the USCIS today they said they sent it for the wrong address and they’re gonna mail it again for me today they said it’s gonna be intent to deny is that gonna count from my time to respond back?

Lawyer up real good,don't attempt to tackle a NOID by yourself, I did that and got burnt despite being legit and having a very good case.
