I’m filed 2022 . I was receiving prima facia during that time. they sent request for evidence on August 2025 and I sent all the need . it was received on October 2025. Now I just got the action was mailed

no it means: notice of intent to deny so you’d have the opportunity to provide explanations or provide more evidence in about 30 days. It is more serious than RFE but not as bad as a denial. otherwise I think you would have gotten a straight denial

Not yet. it was mailed on Wednesday May 27th in the night. I’m believing God for a miracle. I’m believing that my case has been approved

I just received the letter- it says NOID. the letter is 22 pages long providing some inconsistencies with date and address. I think the officer used AI to generate the letter. I have from now till July1 to respond

my attorney was even tried of going over those pages. he stated that I should just not submit it because if I do they gonna put me for fraud marriage
