nothing approved yet
hlo guys, my pd is feb 2024 (married to usc). till now nothing has been approved yet not even i765 . why it is taking so much time. anyone here with the same pd ?

yes mines exactly the same. only update was attend interview if necessary.

@Bo p If you read some of the other posts you would see you are not alone. For me it took nearly 9 months.

@Bo p try to expedite your 765 through a congressperson. look on Reddit for advice. Thats too long for 765 but for the rest of the applications thatโs normal. Iโm 15 months in with no green card

Please Note: This does not mean your case will be expedited, as that decision will be made by the reviewing office. As such, the reviewing office may request the supporting evidence to include additional documentation to support expedited processing be sent to them. Also, does anyone have this experience please what comes up next I really need some advice here thanks
