act quickly- call or chat with an agent and try to ask them to resend asap. same thing happened to me, but I eventually got the RFE in mail much later. put in a service request too

call USCIS they Will ask couple questions to verify you.....ensure that your address is up to date and they will resend

definitely ask your lawyer, if not using one, contact USCIS and let them know you did not receive it.

I called Uscis they said i will receive in 24 hour on my email but I received this After careful review of your inquiry for your I-485 Permanent Residence/Adjust Status (Others), we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Center. The National Benefits Center will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry. Please allow the USCIS office 30 calendar days to respond to your request.

When did you get this last notice?

request the copy on uscis website immediately!! If you miss the rfe window and don’t respond it might significantly harden or delay your case. You don’t want that!

@Mannyflow13 Ferreira yes i did received it but now when i see online it says they have received my response for RFE which I haven’t sent yet.

@Harry B So, after receiving the message saying you had to wait 30 days for a response, how long did it take for them to send you the RFE again?
