NOIR
Got my I-140 approved last year (Jun/2024), then in December we received a notice of Intention to revoke (NOIR). They said they are reviewing the form. Does anyone gone through same situation? we filled a RFE in December and sent it back. but till now (Jul/2025) no response.

Your question isn’t clear. They revoke your I40, how did you get the RFE? And why didn’t you apply for adjustment after Jun 2024?

They want to revoke saying it was approved by mistake. and they asking for all the documents that prove I’ll fit in this Visa.

Wado, they didn’t revoke yet. That’s why we received a RFE with NOID (Notice Of Intent to Revoke). I’ve already applied to adjustment along with all the others things. We’re all applied together. I-140 + I-485 + I-131 + I-765.

@Marcello P. What did the letter say? becareful in replying and understand what they want, if not, they will revoke it.

@Dee Dee Like I said before they were asking new evidences that I’ll fit in that Visa. My lawyer did the answer of this RFE. For now it’s been 8 months since we sent the RFE response.
