LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS GRANTED VIA MARRIAGE - I-130 FILING LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AFTER LPR STATUS GRANTED
which is less than five years after you were granted LPR status
they want me to send them more approved that my previous marriage was legit
This is weird. I don’t understand what they mean by the five years.

I got Noid while my I-130 was 3 years processing and I have sent them they received it and approved after 1.5 years

@Anas Aljabaly so many people are getting these NOIDs currently, just send them what they are requesting. Am also working on one due by end Month for our 4 year marriage

This requirement was in the instructions. Even when you file online it was clear that if you got your green card through marriage you had to send extra evidence about your previous marriage
