NOID RESPONSE
I received a NOID, with 33 days to respond. The 33rd day would be May 24th. My response was supposed to be delivered Today May 20th but got delayed because The office is closed on Weekends. My response wont be deliverd until Monday 22nd which is still before the 24th but I am not sure if it is enough time for USCIS to receive it. Asking for anyone’s opinion 😢😢

the day you sent out your RFE and the post office stamped that date on the envelope his consider by Uscis as the receiving date. so you don’t have to worry

@Captain 747 As long as it’s delivered on or before the 24th, you will be fine. What caused the NOID and what did they ask for?

@Rocco Forté The asked for more evidence to prove that my marriage was bonafide and a copy of propf my wife citizenship which was already submitted but I sent it again. 🤞
