NOID FOR I601
filed the i601 october 2020 and got RFE on oct 2021 and may 2022 i got NOID after i responded on the RFE.
17 days ago i send the NOID Response, now they wait starts again!!! im pretty sure they gonna denied it.

don’t lose hope like that they can approve been waiting over 5months now after I submitted noid my PD May 2020

rfe was about misdemeanor conviction and the noid was about misdemeanor again and discretion

actually the conviction isnt cimt but bc it was reduce to misdemeanor they still look at the underlying of the crime

your rfe wasn’t satisfied so issued noid it means they’re giving you a chance to get approved I hope you responded well
