honestly idk because I didn’t get an interview or anything they just sent a noid for my I-130 asking for Bona fide evidence of my marriage which I sent in before…..so I just sent some new ones

the funny thing is In sent so much evidence and they asking for more and they approve my sister case with just a paper showing her husband and she have a joint account as evidence she didn’t even get an interview same field office and we file the paperwork same day

@tete boo - I really can understand how you feel. USCIS these days has no formula for operation. Your fate lies totally in the hands of which officer handles your case (and that’s where luck plays a role) . The sad thing is that, it may even be a mistake on some officer’s part because Bona fide can be proven at the interview so why send a NOID before that? this denies you of haven an EAD or AP which is kinda huge disadvantage to you. when I did my application, I got an RFE on my i864 affidavit of support. As I did the application myself, I was panicking and went to consult a lawyer. The lawyer went through it and said everything I submitted was correct. I repackaged the EXACT same thing and sent it to them and they accepted it. 🤦🏾‍♂️ smh

@sal general exactly my point it could have been proven at the interview I just got to wait …..maybe they gonna waive my interview…..I hope 🤦🏽‍♀️

@tete I didn’t really send anything only pics marriage cert, I have no social hence I cannot do nothing more I was approved…. this process gives me headache everyday waiting for an interview like crazy…….. I’ll put in a word of prayer for you because that’s what have been carrying me on so long
