Hi there, we had an NOID (still pending to send evidence) after our 1st interview I -130. He don’t want to help me got the evidences they are asking for. My husband wants to cancel the petition , he don’t care even he knows without a status I can not stay.he is an abuser. can I apply for vawa ?
