NOID
so I’m working with someone experienced to help me response to my NOID she seems like she knows what she doing but I keep seeing these lawyers saying that if u do get a NOID don’t respond by Ure self likely u will get denied. will you still get denied even if you respond with exactly what they are asking for?

@s l What does the NOID say? I think if you’ve tried to do it yourself to the point of getting a NOID then you definitely need an experienced lawyer to help dig you out of that hole.

@s l A lawyer will help you make sure you include everything you need. You do not want to risk applying because they could deny you and then you are starting over with another application or you will need to appeal the denial.
